Weighted sandbags for workouts and fitness

Our Strongman sandbags provide you with a new challenge and are ideal for supplementing your strength training. Build up your grip, work your core and improve your functional fitness levels no end. Suitable for more advanced lifters, these reinforced sandbags go up to 150kg.

Our gym sandbags have handles to make it easier to hold the sandbag. The handles also make it easier to swing or press the sandbag during functional training. Unlike an evenly distributed load, fitness sandbags help work stabiliser muscles and the core, as the shifting weight forces your body to compensate for the movement.
