Kettlebells are an excellent resource for boosting your cardio and strength training. Perform a variety of exercises using our durable selection of kettlebells and really get to grips with these functional pieces of kit. Available in a range of sizes, we have Soft Touch Kettle Bells as well as Cast Iron Kettlebells ranging up to 32kg in weight.

12kg Kettle bells

These are a very popular kettlebell weight to have within your home gym set-up. This weight would suit a man who is just starting or a woman with existing experience with weights. It is normal for women to start with an 8kg kettle weight and move on to a heavier one as they get more experience. As you use the kettlebells you may want to upgrade to heavier ones, but remember this kind of fitness equipment is about building up endurance.

Types of Kettlebell

Our range of kettlebells are made from cast iron and are available with a powder coated finish or rubber coated for a softer feel. Which ever you chose, you can select from a range of weights. Typical kettlebell workouts are designed to burn fat and are ideal for a regular home workout.

Since these weights are available as individual weights from 4kg upwards, you can build your own collection. This will then enable you to do a full range of kettlebell exercises such as swings, lunges or Russian twists. Alternatively we sell pre-configured sets to offer either three popular sizes or the full range of weights.
