When it comes to strength training, free weights are the most beneficial for building muscle. Mirafit has a range of weight plates and weight bars, and which ones you choose will depend on your style of training. Olympic weight plates and bars have a 2” inner ring. Our bumper plates also come with a 2” inner ring – perfect if you’re planning on deadlifting. Our standard 1” barbells are great for endurance training as well as those lifting lighter loads.
