When it comes to strength training, free weights are the most beneficial for building muscle. Mirafit has a range of weight plates and weight bars, and which ones you choose will depend on your style of training. Olympic weight plates and bars have a 2” inner ring. Our bumper plates also come with a 2” inner ring – perfect if you’re planning on deadlifting. Our standard 1” barbells are great for endurance training as well as those lifting lighter loads. Our EZ Curl bars have been ergonomically designed to allow you to train heavy while taking care of your wrists. We also have a range of dumbbells for isolating specific muscles and ensuring balance across your body.
