Good purchaseGreat quality, if you are struggling with mobility on squats this is perfect , you can achieve textbook form and full depth even with limited mobility and help avoid injury. Not the cheapest product but worth it.

ExcellentIf, like me, you’re not very flexible when doing squats and you lean too far forward, this is perfect. I can remain fairly upright and squat butt to heels. Works quads extremely well.
