Great bit of kitNever used one of theses bars before but now that I have - I have to say, brilliant. Always suffered with a niggling twinge in my shoulder when I bench, not anymore. Gradually building up to the weight I would normally do with a straight bar and so for so good. The multi position handles means great variation and in my own opinion a better all round workout.
