Very goodThese are fat grip mini farmers walk. The grip is about as fat as the sleeve of an Olympic bar . However if prefer it this way as it attacks your grips and forearm strength harder . I’m not a very big man under 200lbs so these suit me fine with 100kg load capacity in each hand (I think it can take more) .

Mini farmers carry handlesSeem well built. Great if you don't have lots of duplicate plates needed for full sized handles.

So good it hurts...These are very well made and could probably go over 100kg per handle but the main thing that would get in your way is the unfortunate rubbing of metal on shin, calf and thigh. The welded joints on the internal sides of the handles protrude just far enough to really frustrate you when walking with these loaded. Sure you can use less weight and try bring in your delts by pulling arms out to the site but when you're trying to go heavy, this isn't an option and who does farmers walks with light loads? Great idea for a product but not so great execution in the design. I'll be gaffataping rubber to the inners to try lessen rubbing.

Mini farmer’s carry handlesThese are nice and sturdy. However, I work as a PT with female Clients and i find handles are very broad for quite a few of them to grip. Using straps isn’t an option either as height also an issue.
