Good Bench RackIt's a good design and does not take a very large space. Pros- Utilitarian design, spotter arms will catch the weight in case of a failed lift, can be used to rack pulls or perhaps squats with a bit of adjustment of the j hooks. Cons- Use of 14 gauge/ 2mm thick box sections. At least 11 gauge / 3mm should have been used. The product does not mention the max weight capacity as well.
