Carry on benching.After 30 odd years of benching with a straight bar I got my first ever shoulder problem and had to stop as it was too painful to continue even with a relatively light weight. The Swiss bar with the angled grips enabled me to bench again with no discomfort so very happy!!!

Big, black & beautiful!I've never had issues with wrist etc with normal barbell or axlebar exercises but I read the reviews and took on board the different ways it can help your workouts. It is very large tho I have to say. Once you are on the bench, as I use it, the weight is really very well distributed and easy to control.

Right ChoiceI was undecided whether to go for the Straight or the Angled Grip Swiss bar. Borrowed a mates straight bar and it felt ok, then used the angled and it felt so good. Much better handling and felt no discomfort at all after workout. Solid piece of equipment.
