Very robust barThis thing is thick and heavy duty as hell I absolutely love it. Cleans and presses are super hard with there being no roll in the bar whatsoever and arm work with it pumps your forearms up like a dream. I’ve scratched half the paint off but that’s my fault ! Would recommend

Great product for a great priceimproved grip strength is guaranteed while using this bar. Deadlift & row exercises will be more challenging, you will definitely have to drop the weight . Massive forearm workout and a great addition to any home gym .
