Our 5ft Axle Bars are a more demanding style of bar, designed for increasing grip and forearm strength. With a 5cm diameter, they're ideal for Strongman style training. The smooth centre means you don't rely on any knurling to maintain your grip.

- Heavy duty steel pipe construction - 5mm wall thickness
- Matt black powder coated finish without knurling
- Compatible with 2" Olympic weight plates
- Please note the power coated finish on this bar will scratch if it is rubbed against other metal items such as racks and stands

Excellent BarGreat piece of kit! Takes your training to a whole other level. Prepare to drop the weight and ache in places you never knew you could ache! I’m using this bar for deadlifts and overhead press. Totally recommend this bar.

Great bit of kitHad mine for 3 weeks now and got a few workouts in with my axle bar. It's a great bit of kit that adds that extra challenge for my strength training. I love that it's smooth which makes my grip work harder.

Solid bar - Flaky powder coatingGood solid bar - limited weight capacity but have loaded it up to 160kg with tri grip 25kg plates. Won't fit many bumpers. Every time you load a plate on or off the bar it strips the powder coating to dust, so the ends are bare steel at this stage and a bit rusty. Doesn't bother me but could be an issue for some.
