In the past I've made the mistake of starting up new exercise regimes and throwing everything I can into my first session. Then I pay the price for the next few days! This time round I decided to start gently, with the hope of being able to move the following day! This is a great set for doing that, with a smart looking rack for easy and tidy storage. The dumbells are extremely comfortable to hold and the three different weights give you options for finding the best one to suit your needs.
