Landmine exercises are great for building rotational strength as well as working your core. They’re fun, easyand perfect for including in your HIIT workouts. Specially designed to be used with barbells, they can be used with an Olympic barbell straight off, or with a standard 1” barbell along with a post landmine. Increase the load using our bumper plates and train using one of our expertly-designed landmine handles. Our collection includes a variety of landmine handles, all with different grips depending on your weight training focus. From straight grip landmines for upper back and chest development, to angled grip landmines for a diverse range of exercises including squats and shoulder presses.
